Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy
We proudly offer a Lifetime Buyback and Exchange Policy on all eligible purchases* made directly through Zaveri Diam.
• Buyback Option:
Return your jewellery anytime and receive payment via bank transfer within 15 business days. The value will be based on the prevailing market rates, after standard deductions for making charges, applicable taxes, and a processing fee of ₹1,000.
• Exchange Option:
Choose to exchange your product, and we will credit the evaluated value to your Zaveri Diam account. You can use this credit to purchase any new product. Please note, this credit is non-redeemable for cash.
• Important Notes:
o Jewellery must be returned with the original invoice and certificate.
o Products showing signs of alterations or repairs done outside of Zaveri Diam will not be eligible.
o Our quality inspection team reserves the right to reassess the valuation, with a full explanation provided.
o Discounts or free gifts availed at the time of purchase will be adjusted accordingly during buyback or exchange.
o Buyback and exchange are not applicable on loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds, polkis, pearls, and colored stones.
o In case the certificate is lost, a fee of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.
o Buyback and exchange services apply only to purchases made directly through Zaveri Diam stores or our official website.
o Rewards, e-Points, or benefits redeemed during the original purchase will be deducted during valuation.
o Buyback is applicable for products purchased at a value of up to ₹2,99,999.
Valuation Details:
• 100% of the metal value based on current market rates.
• 80% of the diamond value based on prevailing market rates.
Shipping & Insurance
We take full responsibility for shipping and insurance of your order to your address at no additional cost. For returns, exchanges, or buybacks, reverse shipping will be arranged by Zaveri Diam and is included in the ₹1,000 processing fee.

Zaveri Diam offers a Lifetime Warranty for basic services like re-polishing, cleaning, rhodium plating, and repairs.

Easy Exchange or Upgrade Anytime
Looking to upgrade or refresh your jewellery collection?
Our seamless exchange and upgrade options are here for you:
1. Get 100% credit for metal and 80% credit for diamonds at the prevailing market rate, after deducting making charges and taxes (up to a maximum value of ₹3 lakh).
2. In case of any damage, missing stones, or lost certificates, appropriate deductions will be made from the exchange value.
3. Making charges and taxes from the original purchase will be deducted while calculating the final exchange value.
