We deal exclusively in lab-grown diamond jewellery set in gold and silver.
We specialize in customized jewellery, although ready designs may also be displayed on our website from time to time.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by ZAVERI DIAM. Orders are confirmed only upon explicit communication from our team. Items listed with a price of ₹0 are not available for sale and will not be processed.

Our prices are calculated based on prevailing rates of precious metals and diamonds. Prices may vary slightly at final billing depending on actual weight and specifications.
The metal and diamond pricing valid on the date of full or advance payment will be considered final for billing purposes.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Online payments are accepted via online payment gateway through (debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking).
We comply strictly with the ₹2 lakh PAN card rule as mandated by the Government of India.

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available.
Delivery timelines typically range from 10 to 15 working days, depending on the complexity of the design and production time.

• ZAVERI DIAM offers a 7-day return and exchange policy, including for custom orders up to ₹49,999.
• Making charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment source.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are fully refundable (subject to a payment gateway fee).
• Cancellations beyond 24 hours will incur a ₹1,000 processing fee plus gateway charges.

From time to time, we may offer free gifts or special discounts.
• Free gifts are treated as promotional offers and need not be returned if the order is returned.
• In the case of partial returns, the refund will exclude the discount value attributed to the gift item.

Due to photographic techniques and screen settings, actual product colors and sizes may vary slightly from what is displayed online. All jewellery is sold on an “as is” basis.
